I grew up in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan, before moving to Saskatoon to pursue a commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan. My career has since spanned international business, economic development, stakeholder relations, strategic planning and completing an MBA. Over the past 15 years, I’ve held Director and Executive Director roles across private, non-profit and government sectors, and earned a professional director designation from Johnson Shoyama/Brown Governance. I am deeply committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning. |
Currently, I lead governance, strategic planning and economic development initiatives with Medicine Rope Strategies, and serve on the boards of the Saskatoon Friendship Inn and Saskatchewan Aboriginal Track & Field. As a dedicated community member, I spent 11 years as a Saskatoon Public School Board trustee, during which I chaired the Audit and Risk Committee and served two terms as vice chair.
In my “off” time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, Derek, our two boys, Emmett and Isaac and pooch Kona, exploring the city parks and trails. |
